At Silver Chain For Men, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating the process.

Return Policy
All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns that are damaged, altered, or without original packaging will not be accepted. We offer full refunds for the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange a product for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with a return shipping label and send the replacement product as soon as we receive the original product. All exchanges must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Instructions for Returns and Exchanges
Contact us at reinhold@silverchainformen.com or (937) 721-2127 to initiate the return or exchange process.

Provide us with your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and any other relevant information.

We will provide you with a return shipping label for your convenience.

Pack the product securely in the original packaging, and include any tags or accessories that were included with the product.

Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

Drop off the package at any UPS location or schedule a pickup.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in new and unused condition, we will issue a refund or send the replacement product.
